“ Amazing, cozy and family friendly atmosphere with wonderful food and service! This was my first time going to Cibus and it did not disappoint! I went there to celebrate my birthday, even though several people told me I should go to Cibus Dos instead for the "classier" version. However I chose the original for the great reviews it had. The servers were very friendly and helped us with the selection of the menu. There were different games, which kept my 4 yr old nephew entertained while we waited for dinner. Everyone was pleased with their dinner selections, and there was more than enough food to bring home for leftovers! Their drinks were good too! Much to my surprise while we waited for the dessert menu to come out, I heard a birthday song over the speakers and thought....wow they know it's my birthday! When I looked behind me the staff handed me a beautifully decorated piece cake as they wished me happy birthday. My family and I were very pleased with our experience at Cibus Latin Fusion restaurant and we'll definitely be going back! :) ”
“ Ok, so moving from New Haven to this area left me at a loss for good food. In New Haven you have it all. Cuban, Mexican, Thai, Noodles, GOOD pizza, etc. I had driven by Cibus with my wife and said aloud, "we really need to go there," so we finally did and oh my god, what a good decision that was. The food was incredible, the service was super friendly, and out orders came out in less than 10 minutes! I ordered the churrasco with over easy eggs and it was everything I wanted it to be. Sweet, salty, savory, citrusy, and filling. My wife ordered the empanadas and they were cooked perfectly. Not too crispy but not soft either, and the sauce was perfectly balanced. Do yourself a favor and get some food here. We will be coming back many times. ”
